Hörwelt Hertlein supports SkF Schweinfurt e.V. and shows its solidarity

Schweinfurt. Sabine Hertlein's Hörwelt Hertlein has sent a shining message of solidarity! With a generous donation of €700, double last year's amount, the company is once again supporting the Sozialdienst katholischer Frauen e.V. (SkF) in Schweinfurt, thereby strengthening the mini aid fund for elderly women in need.

Sabine Hertlein opted for this sustainable form of giving, which directly benefits people in her home country. Launched in 2023, the mini aid fund set up by SkF Schweinfurt e.V. offers quick and unbureaucratic help for older women who often fall through the cracks of existing support programmes.

Sabine Hertlein explained her motivation when handing over the donation: "As an all-female team, we feel a special connection to the valuable work done by SkF. It is a matter close to our hearts to make a difference in our region and to support older women, who often find it difficult to get help. We want to do our bit to bridge emergency situations and relieve those affected of one of their worries."

This initiative comes at the right time, as Klara Weigand, chairwoman of the SkF, emphasised: "For many older women, there is often no suitable support available in times of crisis." The mini aid fund attempts to fill this gap in an unbureaucratic manner – whether it's a lost purse or unexpected expenses. SkF e.V. warmly thanked Sabine Hertlein and her dedicated team for the donation, which will be used in line with the guiding principle of "BE THERE – HELP LIFE" to support women in difficult life situations.
