Storage of IP addresses
We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for the purpose of detecting, limiting and eliminating attacks on our websites for a period of seven days. After this period has expired, we delete or anonymise the IP address. The legal basis for this is Section 6(1)(g) of the KDG.
Usage data
When you visit our websites, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server for statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our websites. This data set consists of
- the page from which the file was requested,
- the name of the file,
- the date and time of the query,
- the amount of data transferred,
- the access status (file transferred, file not found),
- the description of the type of web browser used,
- the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened in such a way that it can no longer be traced back to a specific person.
The aforementioned log data is only stored anonymously.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.

- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address.
This data is not merged with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Section 6(1)(g) of the KDG. Our legitimate interest lies in being able to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our websites.
Data transfer to third parties
We transfer your data within the scope of order processing in accordance with Section 29 of the German Data Protection Act (KDG) to service providers who support us in operating our websites and the associated processes. Data security
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data as comprehensively as possible from unauthorised access. We use an encryption method on our pages. Your rights as a user
When processing your personal data, the KDG grants you, as a website user, certain rights:
- Right to information (Section 17 KDG):
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have the right to obtain information about this personal data and the information specified in detail in § 17 KDG. - Right to rectification and erasure (Sections 18, 19 KDG):
You have the right to request the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, if necessary, the completion of incomplete personal data.
You also have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted immediately if one of the reasons listed in detail in § 19 KDG applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued. - Right to restriction of processing (Section 20 KDG):
You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Section 20 KDG applies, e.g. if you have lodged an objection to the processing, for the duration of any review. - Right to data portability (Section 22 KDG):
In certain cases, which are listed in detail in Section 22 of the KDG, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that this data be transferred to a third party. - Right to object (Section 20 KDG):
If data is processed on the basis of Section 6(1)(f) or (g) of the KDG, you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims. - Right of withdrawal (Section 8 (6) KDG):
If data is processed on the basis of Section 6(1)(b) of the KDG, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to withdrawal. Upon withdrawal, further data processing will be discontinued immediately. - Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
